먼저 나다정책연구소 황은정 연구원은 성인지 정책을 주제로 다양한 사례 및 시민의 역할 등을 제시하고 성 평등 사회 실현을 위한 노력, 변화하는 성인지 정책 등에 관하여 강의했고, 이어진 두 번째 강의는 서울시 여성가족재단 오나경 컨설턴트의 여성친화도시에 관한 주제로 의정부시 실정에 맞는 맞춤형 교육으로 진행하였으며, 지정 10주년이자 올해 여성친화도시 재지정의 심사의 해를 맞은 의정부의 시민 서포터즈 활동 방향 등에 관하여 이해할 수 있는 시간이었다고 했다.
