운영방식은 온라인 모임 플랫폼을 통해 주 2회 정기적으로 교육영상 및 자료를 업로드하여 비대면으로 진행되며 댓글을 통해 교육 후 문의도 가능하며, 교육을 모두 수료하는 경우에는 소정의 수료증정품도 제공될 예정이라고 전했다. 

동두천시 보건소장은 “치매를 바르게 이해하는 것이 돌봄에 있어서 치매환자와 치매가족에게 대단히 중요하다”라며 “체계적이고 구체적인 가족교육을 통해 치매가족의 역량 강화에 함께 힘쓰고 지속적인 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”라고 말했다.
