[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부] 경기도의회 교육기획위원장 정윤경 의원은 경기도의회 군포상담소에서 경기폴리텍고등학교 운영위원회 이세균 부위원장, 경기도교육청 재무기획관 관재담당 관계자들과 사회적협동조합에서 운영중인 카페 운영에 관련한 정담회 자리를 가졌다고 밝혔다.

이날 이세균 부위원장은 작년 코로나19로 인해 올 3월부터 현재까지 미운영 상태인 상황을 전하며, “카페는 외부에도 출입구가 있어 학생 외 지역주민들에게 테이크아웃 형식으로 판매하여 카페 운영을 유지할 수 있도록 해달라.”고 요청했다.   

애로사항을 들은 이은순 사무관은 “카페를 개방하면 학생들이 카페 혹은 교실에서 취식할 것이 예상되어 코로나 예방 차원의 목적으로 중단했지만, 2학기에는 학생 및 교직원 대상 사회적협동조합에 대한 정기 연수 실시 및 협동조합원과 학교 구성원의 내부 협의를 통해 하반기 운영 여부를 결정할 예정이다.”라고 전했다.

이에 정윤경 의원은 양측 의견을 청취한 후 “협동조합이 운영하는 카페 산공애는 학생과 지역주민이 함께 이용하는 곳으로 코로나19로 인한 학생들의 안전 조치는 유지되어야 하고 한편으론 지역주민이 이용할 수 있도록 하여 직원들의 고용안정도 고려되어야 한다.”고 의견을 제시했다.
