[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 14일 경기도의회 교육기획위원회 위원장 정윤경 의원은 건강장애학생 학업 중단 방지 및 교육평등권 보장을 위한 건강장애학생 원격시스템(가칭 모두온교실) 구축 TF 1차 회의를 진행했다고 전했다.

건강장애학생은 만성질환으로 인해 3개월 이상의 장기 입원 또는 통원치료 등 계속적인 의료 지원이 필요하여 학업수행에 어려움이 있는 학생이라고 했다.

이날 회의는 경기도교육청 남부청사 송암실에서 진행되었으며, 정윤경 위원장을 비롯하여 각 분과별 TF위원으로 경기도교육청 최현주 정책담당장학관, 고효순 교원역량개발과장, 송호현 학교교육과정과장, 한근수 행정관리담당관, 김인종 교육정보담당관, 최복윤 학교설립과장, 김선희 특수교육과장 등 경기도교육청 관계자 및 학부모 위원으로 천보중학교 학부모 등 9명이 참석했다고 했다.

건강장애학생 원격시스템(가칭 모두온교실) 구축 TF는 지난 11월 경기도교육청 행정사무감사 시 정윤경 위원장이 건강장애학생의 교육적 어려움을 해소하고 바람직한 지원방안을 위해 제안한 내용이 촉발되어 반영된 결과라고 했다.

정 위원장은 “건강장애학생을 위해 전국 최초로 시도하는 원격수업시스템”이라며 “건강장애학생의 교육권 보장과 정당한 교육 기회 확대를 위해 차질없이 추진해야 한다”며 강한 추진 의지를 밝혔다.

또한, 정 위원장은 “원격수업을 하기 위한 준비 단계에 여러 가지 어려운 점이 있으나 어려운 부분의 해결 답을 찾기 위해 머리를 맞댔으니 해결점을 찾아 보자”며 관련 부서장들의 적극적인 협조를 요청했다.

TF 회의에서는 교과 원격 수업 자료 개발, 교원 역량 강화 및 미래형 수업혁신 에듀 테크 활용 역량 강화 지원, 전문 인력 확보, 설립 인가 등 원격수업시스템 구축에 필요한 다양한 과제들에 대해 열띤 논의가 이루어졌다고 했다. 

한편, 건강장애학생 원격수업시스템 TF는 기획분과, 교육과정분과, 운영분과, 지역연계분과 등으로 추진되며, ‘(가칭) 모두온교실’ 설립(~2023.2.28. 예정)까지 운영될 예정이라고 전했다.
