[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 6일 경기도의회 교육기획위원회 위원장 정윤경 의원은 경기도교육청일반직공무원노동조합(이하 ‘경일노’) 관계자와 학교업무 재구조화 시범학교 운영관련 정담회를 가졌다고 전했다.   

이혜정 경일노 위원장은 경기도교육청 행정관리담당관에서 추진하고 있는 학교업무 재구조화 시범사업이 학교 행정실에서 근무하고 있는 교육행정직 공무원들과의 민주적 의사결정 없이 진행된 일방적 처사라며 억울함을 호소했다고 했다.  

노조측 관계자들은 해당사업 추진의 영향으로 벌써 행정실로 교무업무 일부가 넘어 오려는 곳이 있어 학교현장에 갈등이 발생하고 있는 점, T/F 구성시 직접 이해 당사자인 교육행정직을 소수만 구성하여 충분한 의견개진이 이루어지지 않은 점, 이관사무 조사 시 이해당사자 모두를 충분히 배려하지 않고  조사가 진행된 점 등 학교현장의 다양한 목소리를 전달했다고 했다. 

정윤경 위원장은 “2022년 본예산 심의시 상임위 차원에서 학교업무 재구조화 시범학교 운영 사업추진시 부대의견으로 ‘시범사업 추진시 중장기계획 공유 등 이해관계자들과의 충분한 소통의 장을 마련하여 추진해 달라’는 의견을 첨부했고, 시범학교 운영 역시 구성원들의 동의를 바탕으로 추진할 것을 사전에 협의한 바 있다”고 밝혔다. 

정 위원장은 노조측의 다양한 요구를 취합하여 하나의 창구로 전달해 줄 것을 요청했고, 취합된 의견을 바탕으로 경기도교육청 관계자를 만나겠다는 의지를 표명하는 동시에 정책추진시 이해관계자들의 소통과 공감을 통해 미래를 위한 상생의 길을 찾아 나서는 지혜가 필요할 때라고 언급하며 정담회를 마쳤다고 전했다.
