[장선희 기자 = 경기북부] 지난 4월 15일의정부시 마을·사회적경제 지원센터는 ‘의정부시 사회적경제 창업아카데미' 기초과정을 코로나19 상황에 맞춰 비대면 개강했다고 밝혔다. 
 
창업아카데미 수요자들의 욕구에 맞춰 4월 15일 ~ 29일까지 주간반과 야간반으로 운영되는 과정에 총 60여 명의 수강생이 참여하여 사회적경제창업에 대한 높은 관심을 확인할 수 있었다고 했다.

 
창업아카데미는 청년·베이비부머·경력단절여성의 사회적경제 창업을 돕기 위한 프로그램으로 기초과정 운영을 시작으로 사회적경제에 대한 인식 확산 교육 후 수료자를 대상으로 오는 5월 11일 ~ 6월 3일까지 심화과정을 운영하여 사회적경제 창업의 초석을 다질 예정이라고 했다.

 
기초과정 첫 수업은 관내 사회적경제 기업 김경호 희망을심는나무 사회적협동조합 이사장이 ‘사회적기업과 사회적경제의 이해’강의를 통해 사회적기업가가 가져야할 자신만의 사회적가치는 무엇인지, 함께하는 삶을 위한 가치를 이야기하여 수강생의 공감을 얻었다고 전했다.
 
권영일 일자리정책과장은 “창업아카데미 과정에 참여한 분들이 자신만의 사회적가치를 가지고, 지역사회 문제해결을 위한 사업 아이템을 찾아낼 수 있도록 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
