소상공인 손실보상금은 지난 2019년 동기 대비 2021년 일평균 매출감소액, 영업이익률 및 인건비·임차료 비중, 방역조치 이행기간, 보정률(90%) 등을 반영하여 사업체별로 산출되며, 하한액은 50만원·상한액은 1억 원으로 온라인 '소상공인손실보상.kr'에서 신청이 가능하하며, 온라인 접수를 하지 못한 소상공인은 현장접수 시 신분증, 사업자등록증 사본을 필수로 지참해야 하며, 대상 유형에 따라 추가 서류가 필요할 수 있다고 전했다.
