[김준호 기자=삼척시] 삼척시(박상수 시장)가 민원업무 처리시 발생하는 폭언, 협박, 폭행 등에 시달리는 민원담당 공무원의 정신적 피해 예방 및 치유를 위해 심리상담센터를 운영한다.
민원공무원 심리상담센터는 다양한 민원업무를 처리하는 과정에서 업무 처리 담당자들의 정신적 피해를 치유하고 심적 고충을 해소하기 위해 진행된다.
시는, 매월 네 번째 목요일 민원응대 공무원이 직무수행 과정에서 겪는 심리·정서적 스트레스를 해소하고 우울증을 예방할 수 있도록 도와 민원서비스의 질을 높이고 건강한 직장 분위기를 조성할 예정이다.
삼척시정신건강복지센터가 맡게 되는 심리상담에서 민원공무원들은 간이정신진단검사Ⅱ(SCL-95), 통합직무스트레스검사(IEEJ) 등 상담프로그램을 통해 스트레스 진단과 1:1 심리상담을 받을 수 있다.
아울러, 정신건강 관련 검사 결과 고위험 직원들은 삼척시정신건강복지센터에서 기초상담 후 정신건강 전문의의 심리 상담 및 치료를 연계 진행할 예정이다.
한편, 삼척시는 지난해에도 민원공무원 심리상담센터를 10회 운영하여 민원 처리 공무원 44명을 상담했다.
