장시간의 상담을 통해 가족과 보호자가 전혀 없고, 정신 및 신체 건강을 동반한 생활고를 겪고 있는 것을 확인되어, 경기도형 긴급복지 생계비 지원을 검토하고, 무한돌봄센터 사례회의 안건에 상정하여, 고난도 사례관리 제공을 논의할 예정이라고 했다. 

무한돌봄센터 관계자는 “주변 이웃의 관심 덕분에, 실제 어려움을 겪고 있는 시민이 발굴되어, 다행스럽게 생각한다. 복지자원을 보유한 공공·민간기관과 협업하여, 위기상황 해소에 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.
