[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 가평군 문화체육과는 코로나19로 지친 군민들을 위해 응원 하고자 다양한 공연을 기획·추진하고 있다고 밝혔다. 

사회적 거리두기가 완화되면서 문화적 욕구에 대한 갈증을 해소하기 위한 방안 중 하나가 음악역1939 공연이라고 전했다. 

지난 3월부터 매주 G-SL, 시티즌, 그럼에도 연습중 등 크고 작은 공연을 지속적으로 선보이고 있으며, 가족단위 마술공연, 대중음악, 클래식, 팝페라 등 다양한 공연을 실내·실외로 구성하였으며 지난 4월 9일에는 시티즌과 G-SL공연의 합동 공연이 성공적으로 진행되었다고 했다.

아울러 공연을 보기 위해 제주, 청양, 천안, 영동, 서울 등 많은 사람들이 가평을 찾아주었고, 가평군은 행사의 입장권을 별도로 유료판매하지 않는 대신 가평에서 소비한 영수증을 확인하고 입장을 하도록 하는 등 지역 상권을 살리고 가평의 문화를 홍보하는데 일조하고 있다고 전했다.

가평군수는 “따스한 봄날에 맞는 야외 공연을 무사히 마칠 수 있도록 협조해주신 모든 분들께 감사드리며, 이런 공연이 군민들에게 힘이 되고 위로가 되며 닫힌 마음을 열리게 하는 멋진 힐링의 시간이 되기를 바란다. 앞으로도 다양한 기획을 통해 우리 가평군 음악역1939가 명실상부한 음악의 도시로 자리 잡도록 하겠다”고 말했다.
