[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 의정부시는 지난 9월 ‘의정부시 경계결정위원회’에서 의결된 둔배미 지적재조사 사업지구의 토지 292필지에 대한 경계결정에 따른 이의신청 접수를 진행한다고 밝혔다.

토지 경계결정 통지서는 지난 10월 22일 자로 토지소유자 및 이해관계인에게  발송됐고 통지서를 받은 토지소유자나 이해관계인은 받은 날로부터 60일 이내 이의신청을 해야 한다.

이후 이의신청 절차가 끝나면 2차 경계결정위원회의 심의를 거쳐 경계를 최종 확정하고 면적증감이 있는 토지에 대해서 경계가 확정된 시점을 기준으로 감정평가액을 산정해 조정금을 지급·부과하며 경계 확정 후 지적재조사 사업이 완료되며 새로운 지적공부 작성과 등기촉탁도 의정부시에서 처리하게 된다.

유창섭 토지정보과장은 “사업이 완료되면 토지의 이용 가치가 높아질 뿐 아니라 정확한 토지정보로 이웃 간의 경계분쟁도 감소되고 재산권 행사의 불편함도 해소될 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
