[김준호 기자 = 삼척시] 삼척시는 성내동 ‘성내1지구’ 지적재조사사업을  2020년 완료하여 114필지, 27,005㎡에 대한 디지털 지적공부를 새롭게 작성했다.

지적재조사사업은 실제 현실 경계와 일치하지 않는 지적공부의 경계를 현실에 맞게 정비하고, 종이에 구현된 지적을 디지털화하는 장기 국책사업으로 시는 2030년까지 연차적으로 추진하고 있다.

삼척시는 ‘성내1지구’ 면적증감 필지 31건에 대한 조정금 산정 심의를 위해 9월 22일 삼척시청 상황실에서 지적재조사위원회(위원장 삼척시장)를 개최했다. 이번 위원회에서는 ‘용연1지구’ 조정금 산정 이의신청 심의 2건 및 올해 사업지구의 지적경계측량 및 지적공부 허용 여부 심의 2건도 함께 논의됐다.

위원회에서 의결된 조정금은 수령통지를 받은 날로부터 6개월 이내 징수 및 지급하게 되고 60일 이내에 이의신청을 할 수 있다. 

삼척시 관계자는 “오래된 종이 지적도를 이번 지적재조사사업을 통해 새로운 디지털 지적으로 작성하여 인접토지 소유자와 경계분쟁을 해소하고, 토지의 정형화 및 맹지 해소 등 토지의 가치가 상승할 것으로 기대한다.”고 말했다.

앞서 삼척시는 2013년부터 14개 지구 1,976필지에 대한 지적재조사사업을 완료하였으며, 현재 28개 지구 7,605필지에 대한 지적재조사사업을 추진하고 있다.
