[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 6일 GH는 경기경제자유구역 평택포승(BIX)지구 내 산업시설용지를 수의계약 방식으로 공급한다고 밝혔다.

평택포승(BIX)지구는 평택시 포승읍 희곡리 일원에 조성되는 경기도 유일의 경제자유구역인 경기경제자유구역 내 핵심 거점지구로, GH와 평택도시공사가 공동으로 사업을 시행하였으며, 총 204만㎡의 면적에 산업시설용지 총 78만㎡, 물류시설용지 55만㎡를 비롯해 주거시설 및 근린생활시설, 기타 지원시설을 갖췄다고 했다.

이번에 분양하는 토지는 지난 4월 추첨공급한 후 남은 물량 전체로, 53개 필지, 총 358,273㎡ 규모이며, 지난해 12월 준공이 완료되어 토지대금 완납시 바로 토지사용이 가능하다고 했다.

유치업종은 자동차, 기계장비, 전자부품, 화학제품 제조업과 지난해 7월 추가된 전기장비 및 기타운송장비 제조업이며, 기계, 화학, 미래자동차 산업 등 폭 넓은 업종이 입주가능할 것으로 기대된다고 전했다. 

해당 지구는 평택항과 38번 국도, 서해안고속도로 서평택IC까지의 접근성이 좋은 교통 요충지에 위치하며, 다수의 완성차 공장과 삼성전자 등 인근 산업클러스터와의 연계도 용이하다고 했다. 

주변 시세 대비 20% 가량 낮은 공급가격 또한 평택포승(BIX)지구의 강점이고, 특히 지난 4월에는 같은 지구 내 물류용지가 높은 경쟁률 속에 완판되면서 매력적인 입지임이 증명된 바 있다고 했다.

수의계약 신청은 오는 9일부터 접수하며 선착순으로 분양하고, 분양금액에 따라 3년까지 분할납부도 가능하며, 보다 자세한 사항은 GH 홈페이지 또는 토지분양시스템를 통하여 확인할 수 있다고 전했다.
