[김준호 기자=정선군] 정선 고한구공탄시장이 강원도와 강원도 경제진흥원에서 실시한 전통시장 및 상점가 주말야시장 공모사업에 선정되었다.

탄광촌이 추억과 천상의 화원 야생화로 널리 알려진 고한 구공탄시장은 이번 주말야시장 공모사업에 선정됨에 따라 2년간 4억 원의 인센티브를 지원받는다.

고한구공탄시장 상인회에서는 야간경관조명 설치, 야시장 둘레길 조성, 메뉴개발 등을 적극 추진해 오는 7월 고한 함백산야생화축제에 맞추어 주말야시장 개장을 목표로 적극 추진해 나갈계획이다.
