[김택곤 기자=정선군] 정선군이 민선8기 출범 이후 환경변화에 따른 행정수요와 특성을 반영하고, 지역 여건에 적극적으로 대응하여 군정 비전 달성과 성과 도출을 위한 첫 조직개편을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

 

군은 지난 10월 24일부터 11월 7일까지 20일간 행정기구 개편 및 정원 조정을 위한 조례안에 대한 입법예고를 통하여 군민과 관련 부서의 의견을 거쳐 최종안을 결정하고, 제285회 정선군의회 정례회 의결을 통해 개편안을 최종 확정하였다.

 

과 단위 개편으로는 문화관광과를 관광과와 문화체육과로, 농업기술센터에서 농업축산과를 농업정책과와 유통축산과로 분리 신설하여 본청 시설국으로 편제하는 한편, 교통분야 전문사업기능 특화를 위하여 안전과 소관의 교통업무를 분리하여 교통관리사업소가 신설된다.

 

팀장급 개편은 기존 총무행정관실 내 인구정책팀을 기획관실로 이관하여 지방소멸대응기금과 인구활력사업, 고향사랑기부제를 연계하여 추진하게 되며, 데이터를 기반으로 한 과학적인 행정을 통해 공공기관의 책임성 ‧대응성‧신뢰성을 높이기 위하여 데이터통계팀 신설과 청소년 정책을 강화하여 지역의 미래를 이끌어 나갈 청소년들의 공감을 얻을 사업 추진을 위해 교육청소년팀 신설하게 된다.

 

기존 사회재난과 자연재난 업무로 이원화되어 있던 부분을 안전과 내 재난대응 팀을 신설하여 재난 상황관리 및 대응 업무 추진을 일원화하였고, 2022년 1월 27일 중대재해처벌법 시행으로 그 간 TF로 운영해 오던 중대재해대응팀을 중대재해예방팀으로 팀명을 변경하여 정식 직제화 한다.

 

문화관광과에서 분리된 관광과에는 마케팅 업무와 관광지 관리 기능을 강화하기 위하여 관광마케팅팀과 관광지관리팀이 신설되며, 농업정책과에는 향후 농촌협약 사업의 실행을 위한 농촌활력팀과 유통축산과에는 농축산물 유통기능 강화를 위해 농식품유통팀이 신설된다.

 

또한, 가리왕산 올림픽 국가정원 조성과 연계하여 지방정원 및 정원관리 사업 추진을 위하여 산림과 내 정원관리팀을 신설하고, 보건소에는 정선의료재단 운영과 관리‧감독을 강화하기 위하여 공공의료지원팀이 신설된다.

 

읍면 복지팀과 맞춤형복지팀을 통합하여 복지서비스 전달체계를 일원화하고 대상자 발굴‧실행‧모니터링을 효율적으로 추진하게 되며, 향후 간호직 추가 배치를 통해 복지 사각지대 접근성 개선 및 현장 밀착형 사례관리를 강화하게 된다.

  

아울러, 기존 여성청소년과는 여성과 청소년에 국한되지 않고 삶의 전 영역에서 양성평등 정책 실현과 계층별 특성을 모두 포괄할 수 있는 명칭인 가족을 사용하여 가족행복과로 명칭이 변경되고, 팀장급은 기획관실 농촌협약팀은 균형발전팀으로 개편하여 강원특별자치도 시행에 따른 전담부서 역할을 하게 된다.
