[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 상장동 지역사회보장협의체는 지난 1일 동해지역 산불 피해 복구 지원을 위한 성금 100만원을 강원도 사회복지공동모금회를 통해 전달했다고 밝혔다.

강영찬 민간위원장은 “갑작스러운 산불 피해로 삶의 터전을 잃어버린 동해시 지역 주민들에게 작게나마 보탬이 되길 바라는 마음으로 회원들의 뜻을 모아 성금을 기탁하게 되었다” 고 전했다.

또한, 이날 상장동보장협의체는 감염취약계층에게 전달되는 신속항원검사키트 소분작업을 진행하며 함께하는 상장공동체 만들기에 동참했다고 했다.

한편, 상장동 지역사회보장협의체는 위기가구 발굴·지원, 나눔 릴레이, 주거환경 정비 등 관내 어려운 이웃에 대한 나눔 봉사를 꾸준히 하고 있으며, 2022년에도 도움이 필요한 곳에서 나눔 문화 실천 등 사회봉사 활동을 지속 실천할 예정이라고 했다.
