[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 4월 29일까지, 가평군이 건강하고 바른 성장으로 타의 모범이 되는 청소년을 발굴, 포상하고자 ‘2022년 가평군 청소년상’의 후보자를 추천받는다고 밝혔다. 

가평군 청소년상은 올바른 청소년 상을 정립하고 청소년을 자랑스러운 군민으로 육성하기 위해 각 분야에서 귀감이 되는 청소년을 발굴해 포상하는 것으로 문화예술, 체육, 효행, 굳센 생활, 자원봉사 등 총 5개 부문에서 각 1명씩 우수한 청소년을 선발한다고 전했다.

'문화예술 부문은 각종 문화예술 분야에서 뛰어난 재능을 발휘하는 청소년', '체육 부문은 체육활동 분야에서 탁월한 재능을 발휘하여 군의 명예를 빛나게 한 청소년', '효행 부문은 웃어른과 어버이에 대한 공경의 마음과 행실이 뚜렷하고 이웃을 돕는 것에 솔선수범하여 지역사회의 본보기가 되고 있는 청소년', '굳센 생활 부문은 어려운 환경에서도 좌절하지 않고 인내와 의지로 극복하여 다른 사람의 본보기가 되는 청소년', '자원봉사 부문은 사회복지시설 방문 봉사, 재능 기부, 환경보호 활동, 국제봉사활동 등에 앞장 서 지역사회 발전에 이바지한 청소년'이 대상이라고 했다. 

자격기준은 가평군에 2년 이상 거주하고 있는 만 9세 이상 24세 이하 청소년이며, 관내 학교장, 읍·면장, 20명 이상 지역주민이 연명, 청소년 관련 기관·단체장, 청소년봉사단체의 장, 가평군청 관련 부서장 등이 후보자를 추천할 수 있다고 했다. 

수상자는 가평군 청소년상심사위원회의 부문별 심사를 통해 고득점 순으로 선정되며, 수상자 발표 및 시상은 ‘청소년의 달’인 오는 5월에 이루어질 예정이며, 보다 자세한 내용은 가평군청 홈페이지 고시공고란을 참조하면 된다고 전했다.
