[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11월 7일 한국음악협회동두천지부가 ‘다문화와 함께하는 코로나19 극복 희망 음악회’를 보산동 한미우호의 광장 야외무대에서 가졌다고 밝혔다.

이날 음악회는 동두천 윈드오케스트라의 연주로 시작돼 동두천시립합창단의 성악중창, 이담농악단의 국악공연으로 진행됐으며, 뜨거워진 무대의 열기를 이어받아 다문화 가족센터의 아이리스 춤 공연과 통기타 공연 등이 이어졌고, 공연은 윈드오케스트라와 시립예술단의 협연으로 마무리됐다고 했다.

이날 행사에는 특별히 최용덕 동두천시장이 참석해 “훌륭한 공연을 보여준 윈드오케스트라를 비롯한 공연단체에 감사하며 단계적 일상회복과 함께 앞으로도 문화예술 분야에 꽃이 피는 날이 오기를 바란다”고 전했다.
