[김준호 기자 = 삼척시] 삼척시노인복지관은 삼척시로부터 재위탁을 받은 사회복지법인 기독교대한감리회 사회복지재단에서 5년간 운영하게 된 가운데 지난 2일 노인복지관 대강당에서 2023년 시무식을 진행했다.

지난 8년간 노인복지관을 운영해온 큰빛교회에서 삼척제일교회로 운영주체가 바뀌면서 엄기대 관장이 새로이 취임했다.

이번 시무식에서는 엄기대 관장의 인사말과 삼척제일교회 박신진 담임목사의 축사를 통해 이용 어르신들의 서비스 질 향상과 직원들의 화합을 강조하며 삼척시노인복지관을 즐겁고 행복한 기관으로 만들겠다고 했다.

삼척시노인복지관에서는 관내 800여명의 어르신을 대상으로 정서생활지원사업, 사회교육사업, 노인사회활동지원사업, 자원봉사 및 지역자원연계사업, 노인맞춤돌봄서비스사업을 진행하고 있다.
