올해 포천시는 지방세 징수율을 높이고 체납액을 줄이기 위해 강도 높은 체납세 징수활동을 펼쳤으며, 가택수색, 사해행위 소송, 호화 요트 등 압류재산 공매처분과 같은 강력한 체납처분과 체납안내문 발송, 전화독려, 자동차 등록번호판 영치 등 지속적인 징수활동을 통해 과년도 체납액 중 약 71억원을 징수하는 성과를 거뒀다고 전했다.
