[김준호 기자=동해시] 동해시가 ‘2022년 강원도 계약실적 평가’에서 최우수 기관으로 선정되는 영예를 안았다고 밝혔다.

도내 최우수 기관은 동해, 영월 2개 지자체가 우수기관에는 속초와 강릉, 횡성, 홍천 4개 지자체가 각각 선정되었다.

도내 18개 시군을 대상으로 진행된 이번 평가는 지난 1년간 발주실적 대비 도내업체 계약, 하도급 대금지급, 전년대비 도내업체 계약, 기관장 관심도 및 우수사례 추진 등 4개 분야로 진행됐다. 

시는 이번 도내업체 계약실적 평가에서 금액과 건수 모두 전년대비 상승, 임금체불 방지를 위한 ‘강원대금알림e 시스템’ 적극 활용 등 공정·투명·신속한 계약업무 처리로 모든 항목에서 높은 점수를  받았다.

이에따라, 기관 표창과 함께 계약담당자는 행정안전부 장관상을 수상하게 된다.

올 한해 시는 지역업체 수주 확대를 위해 발주부서, 유관기관 및 관련업체 등과 협업으로 도내 및 군 관내 업체에 하도급을 적극 권장하였으며,

인력, 장비, 자재는 물론 유류 사용, 식당 이용을 유도해 코로나19로 경기침체에 빠진 지역 건설업체와 소기업, 소상공인들과의 계약을 신속하게 확대 추진했다.

아울러 코로나19 위기 극복 및 공동체 회복 대책 수립 시 관내 건설업체, 소기업, 소상공인들에게 단 한 건이라도 더 수의계약이 될 수 있도록 현실감 있는 시책을 추진해왔다.

회계과 천수정 과장은 “도내 및 시 관내 발주가 최대한 가능하도록 지속적으로 사업부서와 협업체계를 구축해 지역경제 활성화에 기여하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
