[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 4월 25일 동해시의회는 제317회 동해시의회 임시회 제2차 예산결산특별위원회를 개최하고, 2022년도 제2회 추가경정예산안에 대한 부서별 심의에 돌입했다고 밝혔다.

2022년도 제2회 추가경정예산안의 규모는 제1회 추경예산 대비 748억원이 증가한 총 5,881억원으로 일반회계 5,375억원, 특별회계 506억원이며, 지난 3월 발생한 동해안 산불피해 응급복구비를 포함한 국·도비 보조사업 변경분과 시비 부담액을 반영하였고, 코로나19 대응 및 지역경제 활성화, 주민편의 환경 개선을 위한 사업 위주로 편성됐다고 했다.

이날 개최된 제2차 예산결산특별위원회에서는 홍보소통담당관, 기획감사담당관, 농업기술센터, 평생교육센터, 보건정책과 등 13개 부서 소관 2022년도 제2회 추가경정예산안을 심의했으며, 최재석 의원은, 홈페이지 전면 개편 및 관리시스템 재구축 사업에 대하여 “다양한 계층의 의견을 반영하기 위한 홈페이지 개편 정보화전략계획을 수립하고 시민과 시 공무원의 의견 수렴, 전문가 조언을 받아 ‘시민 중심의 시민 공감형 홈페이지’로 거듭나기를 바란다”고 말했다.

임응택 의원은 “다른 사업과 중복 지원되는 부분에 따라 경력단절여성 구직활동지원 운영비가 감액되었으나, 경력단절이 경력이음으로 전환될 수 있도록 여성 일자리 네트워크 구축을 추진하는 등 경력단절여성 구직활동 지원에 차질이 없도록 만전을 기해달라”고 말했다.

박주현 의원은 “시립박물관 건립 타당성 조사 및 기본계획 수립 용역은 시립박물관 건립 필요성과 향후 전시 및 운영계획, 향토사 보존의 의미 등을 총괄적으로 검토하여 추진되어야한다”고 요청했다고 밝혔다.
