[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강릉시가 직원들을 대상으로 5일 시청 2층 대강당에서 '소통·힐링·친절 팝페라콘서트'를 개최한다고 밝혔다.

오전과 오후로 나누어 2회 진행되는 이번 친절콘서트는 기존 진행되던 정형화된 강의식 교육에서 벗어나 팝페라 공연과 토크 형식을 접목한 형태로 진행되어 주목된다. 

이번 친절콘서트를 통해 직원 간의 소통과 화합의 장을 마련하고, 새로운 친절 트렌드의 변화를 제시해 가장 효과적인 특별민원 대응 전략에 대해서도 함께 고민하며, 친절에 대한 편안한 접근을 유도할 계획이다.

김홍규 강릉시장은 “본 팝페라콘서트를 통해 직무 스트레스를 해소하여 건강하고 활기찬 직장 조성으로 시민중심 친절강릉 실현에 한발짝 더 다가가기를 바란다”고 말했다.

한편, 강릉시는 친절한 마인드로 창의성과 직무전문성을 갖춘 인재양성을 교육목표로 직무능력 향상 및 열린 조직문화조성을 위한 맞춤형 교육훈련을 지속적으로 추진해 나갈 방침이다.
