[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 10월 28일 목요일 19시, 동두천시 평생교육원 시립도서관은 1층 문화누리실에서 시민 30여 명이 참석한 가운데 김최은영 강사 및 팝페라 그룹 아망떼를 초청하여 길 위의 인문학 후속모임 & 북 콘서트를 개최하였다고 밝혔다.

이번 북 콘서트는 2021년 길 위의 인문학 '뜨겁고 치열하게-서양미술사'편을 강연한 김최은영 강사의 '그림을 보는 101가지 방법' 주제 강연으로 그림 작품을 재미있고 쉽게 보는 방법과 참가자들과의 대화를 통해 서양미술을 한결 가깝게 즐길 수 있는 방법을 이야기하였다고 전했다.  

또한 팝페라 그룹 아망떼는 가을을 느끼며 힐링할 수 있는 대중적인 가곡 1∼2곡과 최근 유행하는 드라마 OST 등 6곡의 노래를 선보여 남성 특유의 힘 있고 감미로운 목소리로 참석자들에게 깊은 감동을 안겨주었다고 했다.

북 콘서트에 참여한 한 수강생은 “코로나19로 도서관의 모든 강의가 중단되었다가 대면으로 어렵게 시작한 길 위의 인문학 강좌는 무료하게 하루를 살던 시민들에게 한 줄기 빛 같은 만남이었다”며 “도서관에서 앞으로도 인문학 강좌가 계속 이어지기를 바란다”고 말했다.

도서관 관계자는 “시민 여러분의 많은 관심과 호응으로 코로나19에도 방역수칙을 지키며 10월의 마지막을 인문학 강연과 음악 공연이 어우러지는 북 콘서트를 개최할 수 있었다”며 “내년에도 다양한 주제의 인문학 운영으로 시민들의 인문학적 지식을 갖추는데 도움이 될 수 있도록 하겠다”고 말했다.
