[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 22일부터 25일까지 양구군은 2022년 을지연습을 실시하며 그동안 코로나19 확산, 재난훈련 등으로 인해 축소 시행해 왔으나 이번에는 5년 만에 정상 추진함에 따라 국지도발 대응 역량 강화 및 국가 위기관리 등에 중점을 두고 훈련을 진행한다.

을지연습은 오는 22일 공무원 비상 소집을 시작으로 전시현안과제 토의가 이루어지며, 23일에는 접적지역 주민 이동 실제 훈련을 진행하고 오는 24일에는 미사일, 화생방 등 공습상황에 대피한 민방공 주민대피훈련 등을 실시하며 25일에는 최종 강평 회의를 통해 미비 사항은 개선하여 내년도 훈련 계획에 반영하고 이 밖에 제도적으로 개선이 필요한 부분에 대하여는 도에 제도개선을 건의할 계획이다.

김상훈 행정안전과장은 “이번 을지연습을 통해 실제 국지도발 등 비상사태 상황에 철저히 대처할 수 있도록 준비하겠다”며 “관계 기관과 주민 여러분들의 적극적인 협조를 부탁드린다”고 말했다. 

한편, 양구군은 지난 16일 군청 중회의실에서 서흥원 양구군수 등 통합방위협의회 위원 20여 명이 참석하여 을지연습의 성공적인 추진을 위해 양구군 통합방위협의회를 개최하여 을지연습 계획에 대한 보고를 받고 관계 기관 간 협조사항에 대한 논의 한 바 있다.
