[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 동두천시는 22일 2022년 을지연습과 관련하여 06시에 발령된 을지3종 사태에 따라, 전 공무원 비상소집훈련을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이날 실시된 비상소집훈련은 비상소집 발령 후, 전 공무원 응소현황을 점검한 것으로, 같은 날 07시 30분 시청 대회의실에서 「2022년 을지연습 공무원 비상소집 응소 보고회」를 개최했다.

응소인원은 총 686명 중, 교육파견자·코로나19 확진자·휴직자·영유아가 있는 자 등 응소 제외자 34명을 제외하고, 응소대상자 652명 전원 응소했다.

한편, 박형덕 동두천시장은 전 직원들에게 “25일까지 3박4일 동안 실시되는 을지연습은 국가비상사태에 능동적으로 대처하기 위한 훈련으로, 이른 아침부터 비상소집에 응소해 준 직원들에게 감사하다”며, 아울러 “을지연습을 이유로 민원불편 사항이 발생되지 않도록 업무처리에 각별히 유념해 줄 것”과 “동두천을 새롭게! 시민을 힘나게! 할 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 기울여달라”고 당부했다.

동두천시는 이번 을지연습과 연계된 공무원 비상소집훈련 외에도 공무원 비상연락망을 수시로 재정비하여, 각종 재난과 사건·사고에 대비한 신속한 공무원 비상연락체계를 지속적으로 유지해 나갈 계획이다.
