[김준호 기자 = 삼척시] 14일 오전 4시49분쯤 강원도 삼척시 근덕면 동막리 야산 일대에서 원인이 밝혀지지 않은 산불이 발생했다.

강원도 산불방지대책본부에 따르면 화재가 발생하자 박상수 삼척시장의 현장 지휘 아래 인력 179명과 장비 27대가 긴급 투입돼 진화 작업을 벌이고 있다. 

삼척소방서는 오전 5시16분쯤 대응 1단계를 발령하고 61명의 소방관과 소방차 18대를 투입했다. 또 인근 마을에 주민 대피령이 내려졌다.
