경기도지사 표창은 이종락 새마을지도자광적면협의회장 등 3명, 양주시장 표창은 신상무 새마을운동양주시지회 이사 등 13명, 국회의원 표창은 이수진 도란도란새마을작은도서관회장 등 9명, 시의회 의장 표창은 김완경 새마을지도자양주1동협의회 총무 등 9명, 새마을중앙회장 표창은 홍윤자 회천1동새마을부녀회장, 경기도새마을회장 표창은 이후인 새마을지도자은현면협의회장 등 3명, 지회장 표창은 심선영 직장·공장새마을운동양주시협의회 총무 등 9명이 받았다고 했다.
