[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 19일 새마을운동양주시지회 회장 김용춘은 옥정동 소재 양주가람한방병원에서 새마을지도자 건강증진을 위해 공동으로 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다. 

이날 협약에는 여인우 양주가람한방병원장, 박순희 양주시새마을부녀회장, 이종용 새마을지도자양주시협의회장, 오수영 직장․공장새마을운동양주시협의회장, 최태권 새마을문고양주시지부 회장이 참석하였고 했다. 

주요 협약 내용은 양주가람한방병원은 양주시 새마을 소속의 모든 지도자들에게 입원 또는 내원 시마다 비급여 진료비의 20% 정도를 할인해 주고 그 외에 지도자들의 건강을 위해 상담을 지속적으로 지원해주기로 협력했다고 전했다. 

여인우 병원은 “평소 새마을지도자들이 지역사회에 앞장서 생명살림, 평화나눔, 공경문화 운동을 전개하는 것을 보고 깊은 감명을 받았으며 고생하시는 지도자분들이 건강하게 봉사활동 하기를 염원하는 뜻에서 조금이나마 도움이 되고자 업무 협약을 체결하기로 하였다”고 소감을 밝혔다. 

한편 김용춘 회장은 “최신시설을 갖춘 양주가람한방병윈에서 우리 양주시 새마을지도자들의 건강을 위하여 파격적인 진료비 혜택 지원을 약속해 주어 감사하고 또 모든 지도자들이 정신적, 육체적으로 매우 사기가 고양되어 너무나 감사하다”고 소감을 말했다.
