이번 나눔키트(선물상자)는 사회복지공동모금회 희망나눔 행복드림 기금 배분사업으로, 추석을 맞아 코로나로 힘든 취약계층에게 조금이나마 위로와 희망을 주고자 마련됐다고 했다.

전진석 부시장은 “코로나가 장기화됨에 따라 어려운 이웃에 나눔을 실천하는 행사가 예전에 비해 많이 줄어 걱정이다. 거리두기 강화로 가까이 할 수 없지만 마음은 늘 함께하는 그런 명절이 되었으면 한다”고 말했다.

이날 배부한 나눔키트(선물상자) 100개는 8개동 행정복지센터를 통해 선정된 취약계층 대상자에게 추석 전에 전달될 계획이라고 전했다.
