[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양구군은 코로나19의 영향으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 소상공인에게 임대료를 인하해준 착한 임대인에게 재산세를 감면해주고 있다고 밝혔다.

재산세 감면은 '소상공인 보호 및 지원에 관한 법률'에 따른 소상공인에게 올해 1월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 건물의 임대료를 인하한 임대인이 받을 수 있고 감면되는 세목은 2022년 7월 재산세(건축물)이며, 지방교육세와 지역자원시설세도 포함되고 산출된 재산세액에서 인하해준 임대료만큼 감면되며, 100만 원 한도 내에서 가능하다.

양구군은 올 연말까지 군청에서 직접 방문 또는 우편을 통해 상시 접수받고 있으며 제출서류 등 자세한 내용은 양구군 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있다.
