[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 최수천 북부지방산림청장은 5월 17일 북부지방산림청 관내 강원도 양구군에 위치한 산림토목사업지(사방댐, 임도)의 현장을 방문하여 근로자의 안전·보건관리 상태를 점검하였다고 밝혔다.

주요 점검 내용은 중대재해처벌 등에 관한법률, 산업안전보건법 등 안전보건 관련 법률 준수 여부, 안전교육 실시 및 안전장구 착용 여부 등이다.

북부지방산림청은 지난 5월 10일부터 오는 25일까지 중대재해처벌법 시행과 관련 관내 국유림관리소 산림토목사업장의 안전관리 및 품질향상을 위한 현장 점검을 지속 추진 중이라고 전했다.
