[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 춘천시정부는 올해 특례보증 지원규모를 당초 15억원에서 30억원으로 확대했다고 밝혔다.

특례보증 지원 규모가 두 배로 확대되면서 더욱 많은 중소기업과 소상공인이 대출을 할 수 있게 됐다고 전했다.

특례보증은 담보력이 없어 대출이 어려운 중소기업 및 소상공인에게 신용보증서 발급 시 완화된 보증심사 기준을 적용해 대출이 가능하도록 지원해주는 제도라고 했다.

지원대상은 신청일 기준 춘천시에 사업장을 소재한 제조업, 정보통신업, 지식산업 영위 하는 중소기업 및 사치‧향락 등을 제외한 전업종의 소상공인이라고 했다.

지난해 처음으로 소상공인도 특례보증을 받을 수 있게 됐고, 보증한도는 중소기업은 1억원, 소상공인은 3,000만원이며, 자금용도는 기업경영을 위한 운전 또는 시설자금이라고 했다.

접수는 오는 21일부터 강원신용보증재단 춘천지점에서 하면 되고, 경영상황과 사업계획 등을 검토하고 특례보증 추천 확정 후 10일 이내 선정결과를 통보한다고 했다.

특례보증과 관련한 자세한 문의는 강원신용보증재단 춘천지점 또는 시청 기업과로 하면 되고, 이와 함께 시정부는 지역 내 제조업, 정보통신업, 지식산업 영위 중소기업을 대상으로 신용보증수수료를 지원한다고 했다.

지원규모는 9,000만원으로, 보증료율의 1% 이내, 기업당 최대 250만원이며, 신청은 21일부터 시청 기업과를 방문해 하면 된다고 전했다.
