[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 김경호 도의원은 경기도 제2차 특별조정교부금(이하 특조금) 30억 원을 확보했다고 밝혔다.

이번에 확보한 특조금은 가일리 어비계곡 친수공간 조성사업비 18억 원, 부족한 하천정비 수해복구비 12억 원 등 총 30억 원이라고 전했다. 

가일리 어비계곡 친수공간 사업은 경기도가 추진 중인 청정계곡 SOC 사업의 일환으로 경기도가 지난 2020년 특별조정교부금으로 10억 원을 지원하고 가평군이 10억 원 등 총 20억 원의 사업비를 투자하여 어비계곡 관광자원화 사업을 추진했다고 했다.

그러나 실시설계 용역 결과 약 38억 원의 사업비가 소요되어 예산대비 18억 원의 사업비가 부족하여 산책로 구간 등 사업 규모를 축소함에 따라 잔여 사업구간인 산책로 0.75Km에 대해 마무리 공사를 위해 특조금을 신청했다고 했다.

또한 가평군 하천정비 수해복구사업은 2020년 8월 집중호우로 인한 하천 수해복구 및 예상 사업으로 가평군이 부족한 사업비 12억 원을 확보해 수해복구 사업에 탄력을 받게 됐다고 했다.

사업대상 지방하천은 달전천, 이화천, 십이탄천(원흥리, 율길리, 현리), 화악천이며, 소하천으로는 상천리 수리천, 대성리 큰갈울천, 대성리 원천천, 상천리 발전소천, 연하리 와가천, 원흥리 샛말천, 행현리 비열이천, 항사리 벌말천, 하천리 논골천 등이라고 했다.

세천으로는 이화리 세천, 복장리 세천, 두밀리 세천, 산유리 세천, 설곡리 세천, 회곡리 세천, 청평리 세천, 하천리 세천 등이라고 전했다.
