[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 19일 동두천시는 공동모금회와 협업으로 진행하는 ‘희망나눔 행복드림’ 착한일터 가입식을 유정부대찌개에서 진행했다고 밝혔다. 

이날 행사는 동두천시 최용덕 시장 및 공동모금회 관계자 등 10여 명이 참석한 가운데 진행됐으며, 유정부대찌개 임직원이 정기후원에 가입하여 제109호 착한일터로 선정되었다고 했다.

최용덕 시장은 “희망나눔 행복드림 착한일터는 자원을 모으는 것보다는 공적 지원을 받지 못하는 어려운 이웃에게 어떻게 사용되는가가 핵심이다”라며, “코로나19로 어려워하는 이웃들에게 희망이 될 수 있도록 사용하겠다”고 전했다. 

유정부대찌개 류민상 대표는 “작은 정성이지만 어려움을 겪고 있는 주변 이웃들에게 보탬이 되길 바란다”며, “앞으로도 이웃을 먼저 생각하고 지역사회에 이바지할 수 있도록 지속적인 나눔을 실천해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

동두천시는 '희망나눔 행복드림' 착한일터 사업을 통해 모인 후원금을 공적 지원을 받지 못하는 어려운 이웃을 위해 사용하고 있으며, 착한일터에 대한 문의는 동두천시 지역사회보장협의체로 연락하면 된다고 했다.
