[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 18일 동두천시 최용덕 시장은 지행역 인근에 위치한 지행동게이트볼장을 찾아 시설을 둘러보고 이용자들을 격려하며 현장을 점검했다고 밝혔다.

지행동게이트볼장은 총 3개면으로 장애인전용구장 2개면이 갖춰져 있으며, 거주인구가 많은 신시가지에 위치해 있어 많은 어르신들이 이용하고 있다고 했다.

이날 최용덕 시장은 게이트볼협회 관계자들과 동호인들을 격려하며 “코로나19 단계적 일상회복 시작을 위해 시민 여러분의 백신접종 완료와 거리두기 방역수칙 준수에 적극 참여해 달라”고 당부했다.
