[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 20일 직장․공장새마을운동양주시협의회는 양주시 건강가정과 다문화가족지원센터와 효율적인 업무협력 체계를 구축하고자 업무협약을 체결했고, 이날 협약식에는 김용춘 새마을운동양주시지회장, 구자삼 감사, 방흥식 총무 등이 참석했다고 밝혔다. 

주요 협약 내용은 양주시 일반가정과 다문화가족의 돌봄을 위한 협력적 관계 유지, 양주시 일반가정과 다문화가족을 지원하기 위한 자원, 프로그램 교류 및 협력, 기타 두 기관이 필요하다고 협의되는 분야에 대해 적극적으로 협력하기로 했다.

오수영 회장은 “며칠전 지인의 소개로 양주시 건강가정․다문화가족지원센터를방문하여 한수진 센터장님으로부터 다문화 가족들이 어르신들을 위해 봉사도 많이 하고 있는데 어떤 물품 후원이나 금전 기부보다는 다문화 아이들과 같이 직접 놀이 봉사를 할 수 있는 사람들이 필요하다는 말을 듣고 다문화 아이들을 위해 조금이나마 봉사를 하고자 업무협약을 하게 되었다”고 소감을 밝혔다.
