[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 3월 28일 오후 2시, 횡성군농업기술센터는 농업기술센터 교육장에서 '2022년 농산물가공지원실 제조원 제공' 협약식을 맺었다고 밝혔다. 

이번 협약식은 지역에서 생산되는 농·특산물을 활용한 가공제품 생산과 농산물가공 창업 희망 농가에 시행착오 및 초기 투자비용 부담 경감을 위해 추진된다고 전했다. 

농산물가공지원실은 지난 2011년부터 운영을 시작하여 스크류 착즙기, 스틱 포장기, 레토르트 살균기 등 57종의 장비를 보유하고 있으며, 토종다래잼, 마가목열매환 등 3개 유형 26개 품목을 식품안전나라(식품의약품안전처) 사이트를 통해 제조 보고하고 있다고 했다.

지난 2012년부터 관내 농가에 제조원 제공 협약을 시작으로 현재까지 24개 업체가 제조원 제공 협약을 맺었으며, 올해는 연장 10개 업체, 신규 2개 업체가 제조원 제공 협약을 맺을 계획이고, 제조원 협약을 맺으면 '제조원:농업기술센터', '판매원:농가' 형태로 제품을 유통·판매할 수 있으며, 제조원 제공 협약은 체결일로부터 1년간 유지되고, 가공실 장비를 자유롭게 이용할 수 있으며, 또한, 지역 농·특산물을 활용한 가공제품 연구개발과 상품화 가능 제품에 대한 포장 디자인 등을 지원받을 수 있다고 밝혔다.
