[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강원도는 봄철 야생멧돼지 개체수 증가, 야외 영농 본격화 등 양돈농장 사육 돼지로 바이러스 전파 위험이 높아짐에 따라 도내 농가 발생 방지와 청정강원 사수를 위한 아프리카돼지열병(ASF) 차단방역에 역량을 집중할 계획이라고 밝혔다.

도내 전 양돈농장(202호)에 대한 8대 방역시설의 조기 설치 완료, 전 시군에 대한 중점방역관리지구 지정 등 특별방역대책의 추진으로 ’21년 10월 인제군 발생 이후 현재까지 도내 아프리카돼지열병의 농장 추가 발생은 없는 상황이라고 했다.
