[김현우 기자 = 원주] 원강수 원주시장은 31일 고향사랑기부제 활성화를 위해 강원도시장군수협의회 릴레이 기부에 동참했다.
이번 행사는 강원도 내 고향사랑기부제의 성공적인 정착과 활성화를 위해 마련됐다. 고향사랑기부금은 1인당 500만 원 한도 내에서 개인이 현재 주소지를 제외한 지자체에 기부할 수 있으며, 기부금 30% 내에서 답례품을 받을 수 있다.
기부금 10만 원 이하는 전액, 초과분은 16.5% 세액공제 혜택이 주어지며, 고향사랑e음 사이트에 접속하거나 전국 농협을 방문해 기부하면 된다.
원강수 원주시장은 “고향사랑기부제에 대한 홍보와 기부 촉진을 위해 자발적인 기부 릴레이가 이어지길 바란다.”라며, “또, 지역특산품의 판로 개척으로 이어져 지역경제 활성화에도 도움이 되길 바란다.”라고 말했다.
한편, 육동한 춘천시장은 원주시에 기부했으며, 원강수 시장은 강릉시에 기부했다.
