[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 2월 7일 동해시의회는 제315회 동해시의회 임시회 제1차 업무보고회를 개최하고, 기획감사담당관, 동해시시설관리공단, 홍보소통담당관, 농업기술센터, 평생교육센터, 투자유치과, 북방물류산업진흥원 등 7개 부서에 대한 업무보고를 청취했다고 밝혔다.

이정학 의원은 “미래 트렌드에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 분야별·연도별 실천계획인 ’동해비전 2040‘이 목표 제시에 그치지 않고, 시민들 피부에 와닿는 실질적 결실을 맺을 수 있도록 절처한 추진이 요구된다”고 독려했다.

임응택 의원은 “국민권익위원회 주관 공공기관 청렴도가 하락하였다. 그 원인을 정확히 파악하여 청렴도 향상을 위한 특단의 맞춤형 종합대책을 수립하고 시행해야한다”고 당부했다.

박남순 의원은 “시정 주요업무에 대한 성과관리 평가에 있어, 평가 결과에 대한 환류·보상 강화로 일하는 조직문화 조성에 기여할 수 있도록 제대로 된 평가체계 확립과 피드백 활용이 절실하다”고 촉구했다.

최석찬 의원은 “시민 옴브즈만을 제도화하여, 위법·부당한 행정처분이나 해소되지 않은 고충민원을 시민의 관점에서 객관적으로 조사·해결함으로써 정책정보 공유와 소통강화가 이루어질 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.

박주현 의원은 “주니어보드(과장급 이하의 젊은 실무자들로 구성된 청년 중역회의) 등을 통해, MZ세대의 젊고 참신한 혁신 아이디어를 발굴하여 조직 혁신 및 적극행정이 조직문화로 정착하고, 시민의 니즈 충족에 기여할 수 있도록 적극적인 지원이 이루어져야한다”고 말했다.

최재석 의원은 “디지털 뉴딜 등 정부역점시책과 연계한 미래성장산업 발굴이 절실하다. 시대의 흐름을 쫓아가기보다는 우리시의 실정에 맞는 사업인지를 우선 진단하고 가능성 있는 분야에 도전하여 성과를 내야한다”고 지적했다.

김기하 의원은 “행사나 축제성 관련 경비를 절감하여, 코로나19에 따른 집합금지·영업제한 등으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 소상공인·자영업자에 대한 재정적 지원을 적극 검토해야한다”고 제안했다.
