[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 작년 12월 21일 의정부시시설관리공단은 임직원의 건강증진을 위해 스포츠친화 환경을 조성하고 지원하는 스포츠친화 기업 인증을 획득했다고 밝혔다.

문화체육관광부와 국민체육진흥공단 주관으로 올해 처음 도입된 스포츠친화기업 인증제도는 국내 기업 및 공공기관을 대상으로 스포츠친화 경영(리더십/지원제도), 스포츠친화 제도실행(프로그램 서비스/인프라 구축), 만족도를 평가해 인증하는 제도라고 했다. 

공단은 전 직원 1일 1운동을 위한 만보걷기 캠페인 실시, 운동하며 쓰레기도 줍는 ‘플로깅' 릴레이, 스포츠 동호회 활동비 지원, 자동제세동기 ‘AED’ 비치 및 사용법 교육 등 다양한 스포츠친화 제도 및 인프라를 구축해 운영한 점을 인정받았다고 했다.

임해명 이사장은 “건강한 신체에 건강한 정신이 깃든다는 말처럼, 스포츠친화 제도를 통해 건강한 조직문화를 조성하고 임직원의 삶의 질과 업무효율성 향상을 위해 노력하겠다.”고 말했다.
