[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 원주시가 강원도 주관 『2021년 인구정책 우수시책·제안』 평가에서 「가족사랑 지역사회 UCC 네트워크 구축」 사업으로 ‘우수상’을 수상했다고 밝혔다.

가족사랑 지역사회 UCC 네트워크는 저출산 문제에 대한 공동 책임 의식 및 지속 노력 가능성을 확보하고자 구축한 민·관·학 협력 체계로, 지역 대학교 및 혁신도시 이전 공공기관, 관내 입주 기업체 등 원주시 포함 총 31개 기관이 참여하고 있다고 했다.

또한, 원주시 혁신기업도시과 황준호 주무관은 「출산하는 아이들이 출“산”을 만듭니다」를 주제로 공무원 제안 부문 장려상을 받았다고 했다. 

박필여 시민복지국장은 “저출산·고령화 가속화에 따라 인구구조의 변화가 심각한 상황에서 효과적인 인구정책을 지속적으로 발굴해 저출산 문제에 적극 대응해 나가겠다.”라고 말했다. 

한편, 강원도는 저출산 문제에 대응한 인구 관련 우수시책 등 모범사례를 발굴·확산하기 위해 매년 도내 18개 시·군을 대상으로 인구정책 평가를 실시하고 있다고 전했다.
