[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 속초시는 시민문화생활 활성화와 여가선용을 위해 청호동에 조성된 복합문화공간 아트플랫폼 갯배의 위탁 운영기간이 오는 4월 19일 자로 만료됨에 따라 민간위탁자를 공개 모집한다고 밝혔다. 

신청자격은 공고일 현재 속초시에 주소를 두고, 복합 문화공간 시설물 관리 및 운영이 가능한 비영리 법인 또는 단체로 위탁기간은 위탁 체결일로부터 5년간이라고 했다.

위탁사무의 범위는 아트플랫폼 갯배 시설관리와 공간 운영 그리고 작품 관리로 속초시 민간위탁심의위원회에서 시설물 운영능력, 시설물 관리능력, 사업계획의 적정성 등 5개 분야 6개 항목에 대한 평가를 통해 최고 점수를 득한 사업자를 수탁자로 선정할 예정이라고 했다.

신청하고자 하는 비영리 법인은 시청 홈페이지에 게재된 공고문을 참고하여 신청서와 사업계획서, 기타 필요한 구비서류를 오는 18일까지 속초시 문화체육과 문화예술팀으로 방문 신청하면 된다고 했다.

속초시 관계자는 “아트플랫폼 갯배가 시민들의 문화욕구를 해소할 수 있는 복합 문화공간으로써 민간위탁을 통해 민간의 전문지식과 현장경험 등을 활용하여 시민들에게 양질의 문화예술 향유 기회를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.” 라고 말했다.
