[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원]  9월 23일 신영재 홍천군수는 강원도개발공사와 남면 양덕원리에서 홍천 푸른꿈愛 아파트 준공식을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

준공식에는 신영재 홍천군수를 비롯해 70여명의 내·외빈이 참석했으며, 함욱 강원도개발공사 차장과 김광선 진우종합건설(주) 현장대리인이 공로를 인정받아 홍천군수 감사패를 받았다.
