코로나19의 확산으로 인해 청소년 캠프를 대신하여 진행된 ‘청소년 자원봉사학교 사랑의 목도리 손뜨개질’ 봉사활동은 지역에 활기를 더하기 위한 자원봉사센터의 특별기획 프로젝트로서 청소년 자원봉사 활성화에 앞장서며 코로나 시대에 학생들의 자원봉사 욕구를 충족함은 물론 학생들이 손수 제작한 사랑의 목도리를 요양 시설에 전달해 추운겨울 사랑의 온도를 높이는 특별한 봉사활동이라고 했다.

이번에 진행된 ‘청소년 자원봉사학교 사랑의 목도리 손뜨개질’ 봉사는 작년의 인기가 높아 올해도 재운영하며, 청소년 55명이 참여해 줌으로 진행된 자원봉사 기초교육을 이수 후 목도리 뜨기 활동을 진행, 시설에 전달하여 어르신들게 청소년의 따듯한 마음을 전달했다고 했다.
