[남상훈 기자 = 의정부시] 지난 9일 의정부시는 인재양성교육장에서 관내 장기요양기관 종사자 130명을 대상으로 사회복지시설 보조금의 공정·투명한 집행과 종사자의 직무능력 향상과 역량 강화를 위해 사회복지시설 재무·회계교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육은 HD경영연구소 교육이사 및 종로노인종합복지관 부장으로 재직 중이며 사회복지지시설 재무·회계 교육 전문강사로 활동 중인 이해경 강사를 초빙했다. 회계 전반에 대한 교육을 실시한 것으로 효율적인 시설 운영 관리에 기여하고 시설 종사자의 직무능력 향상과 역량강화를 돕기 위해 마련됐으며 실무중심의 교육으로 장기요양 종사자들의 업무 이해도를 높였다.

교육에 참석한 장기요양기관 종사자는 “재무회계는 늘 어렵다는 생각이 앞서 업무에 대한 부담감이 컸는데, 이번 교육을 통해 업무에 대한 이해도를 높일 수 있어 유익한 시간이었다”고 말했다.

마은정 노인장애인과장은 “사회복지의 최일선에서 책임감을 갖고 업무를 수행하고 있는 시설 종사자들의 노고에 감사드린다”며, “이번 교육을 통해 더욱 신뢰받는 시설이 될 수 있도록 노력해 달라”고 당부했다.
