[김준호 기자 = 평창군] 평창군은 코로나19 장기화로 어려움을 겪고 있는 시장상인들을 돕기 위해 지난 5일, 평창읍의 대목장날에 심재국 평창군수를 비롯한 공무원과 유관단체가 참여한 가운데 장보기 캠페인을 진행하였다.

봉평면의 대목장날인 7일에도 전통시장 구역에서 강원상품권 및 온누리상품권을 이용한 제수용품과 생필품을 구입하는 등 ‘추석맞이’ 장보기 행사를 진행했다.

아울러 추석맞이 소비촉진 캠페인과 동시에 전통시장 방문객들과 상인들 대상으로 건전한 소비문화 확립을 위한 물가안정 캠페인도 병행하여 진행되었다.

심재국 평창군수는 “군민들께서도 전통시장 이용에 적극 동참하여 코로나 이후 침체된 전통시장에 활력을 불어넣어 주시기를 바란다.”고 전했다.
