[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11월 23일 의정부시 흥선동 주민자치회는 주민자치회 정기회의를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이날 회의는 제1기 흥선동 주민자치회의 체계적인 운영을 위한 운영세칙 제정과 흥선동 주민자치회 분과위원회 구성의 기본적인 내용을 다루는 순서로 진행됐다고 했다.

오영경 자치회장의 주재로 운영세칙의 내용 중 자치위원의 의결이 필요한 사항을 전달하고, 자치위원들의 의견을 정리하여 최종 결정했으며, 흥선동 주민자치회 구성의 가장 중요한 단계인 분과위원회의 수와 명칭, 기능 등 기본적인 사항을 정리하여 4개 분과의 기틀을 마련했다고 전했다. 

오영경 흥선동 주민자치회장은 “위원 여러분들의 적극적인 참여로, 흥선동 주민자치회의 효율적인 운영을 위한 운영세칙이 잘 제정되었다.”며 “12월 정기회의 안건은 주민자치회의 가장 중요한 단계 중 하나인 분과위원회 구성이므로, 흥선동의 발전이 극대화 될 수 있는 분과위원회가 구성될 수 있도록 준비에 만전을 기하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
