[김준호 기자 = 정선군] 정선군(군수 최승준)은 신규임용직원 증가에 따라 조직문화 적응력과 공직자 기본소양 함양을 위해 10월 24일 정선군 문화예술회관에서 신규공무원 역량강화 교육을 추진했다.

2021년부터 2022년 신규임용공무원 106명을 대상으로 ‘정선군의 미래를 부탁해’라는 주제로 직무교육, 소통, CS 프로그램, 성인지교육, 간담회 등을 실시했으며, 군수와의 대화시간을 통해 신규공무원들의 직장생활을 하면서 느낀 애로사항 등을 청취하는 시간을 가졌다.

전증표 정선군 총무행정관은 “이번 역량강화 교육은 신규 공무원들이 공직자로서의 기본소양을 갖추는데 도움을 주고 앞으로도 공직 마인드 향상과 활기찬 직장 분위기 조성을 위한 교육을 적극 추진하겠다”고 말했다.
